According to Yahoo News, photographer Andy Craddock is being sued for doing an erotic photoshoot in St Michael Penkivel Church in Cornwall. Quoted on the site, Jeremy Downing, a spokesman for the Diocese of Truro, who was rather cross, labelled the photos “deeply offensive”…and using a deeply offensive phrase, the roots of which lie in 19^th century Eastern European anti Semitism, went on to say “…this is beyond the pale.”

Apparently, in 2005, St Michael Penkivel Church was used in ‘Keeping Mum’, a Rowan Atkinson film about a serial-killer.

That’s the Christian church for you… anti-Semitism and mass murder are fine, just as long as you don’t take your clothes off.

According to BBC news, a Welsh family have discovered Jesus in a jar of Marmite.
